Fordham Talent Partnership was built from experience inside high-growth, high-change businesses, not from the sidelines. I’ve scaled a specialist FS recruitment business through two transactions, owned a P&L, and navigated the pressures where leadership decisions directly influence enterprise value.
Those experiences taught me one thing: technical capability is often assumed. What determines trajectory is judgement; how leaders prioritise, make decisions under pressure, and shape the culture around them. I’ve seen the impact of leadership that strengthens organisations, and the cost when judgement falls short.
Being a working parent has added a human perspective to that understanding. High standards and commercial discipline are essential, but so are clarity, resilience, and empathy. Leadership that succeeds balances both.
Fordham was founded to place individuals who strengthen organisations rather than destabilise them. We focus on mid-to-senior appointments that protect culture, performance, and long-term value because in high-growth environments, judgement is not a soft skill; it is a value protection mechanism.
